Club – Phase 2

The Club is a phased agricultural and hospitality development located in British Columbia. The project integrates viticulture, wine production, and public-facing tasting experiences within a carefully structured rural framework.

Phase 1 establishes the core winery production building and supporting site infrastructure. Phase 2 introduces a Club building and Bio garden, creating a layered estate that balances farm operations with curated visitor engagement.

The Club is not conceived as a destination resort imposed onto farmland. It is a calibrated agricultural estate—where production drives form, and public experience is secondary to cultivation.

The building materiality is conceived as a restrained palette of stone, wood, and copper—grounded in the agricultural landscape and articulated with precise detailing—to express permanence, craftsmanship, and the balance between time, nature, and contemporary winemaking.
