Winery

Project Overview

Winery is a phased agricultural and hospitality development located within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) in British Columbia. The project integrates viticulture, small-scale production, and public-facing tasting experiences within a carefully structured rural framework.

Phase 1 establishes the core winery production building and supporting site infrastructure. Future phases introduce a Club building and Biogarden, creating a layered estate that balances farm operations with curated visitor engagement.

Design Intent

FE Winery is not conceived as a destination resort imposed onto farmland. It is a calibrated agricultural estate—where production drives form, and public experience is secondary to cultivation.

The architecture respects regulatory constraints, embraces rural zoning parameters, and transforms them into a coherent spatial strategy.

The result is a winery that is operationally efficient, agriculturally compliant, and experientially refined—anchored in land, law, and long-term stewardship.
